If there is a specific skill or craft you would like to learn contact the Library. If there is enough interest the Library may be able to hold a workshop.

Family Movie Night

Family Movie Night will resume on January 27, 2012.  Doors open at 6:30 pm and the movie starts at 7 pm.   This program is sponsored by Darwell Public Library and FCSS.

Wool Spinning and Dying Series

Jan Bamford will be here February 9th and 16th, 2012  to teach Wool Spinning.  During theses two sessions you will learn how to make usable yarn from animal fibres.The cost is $2.50 per session for materials. Then on February 23, 2012 you will dye the yarn that you made in the first two sessions. Cost is $5.00 for this session. If you have your own washed and clean wool and /or spinning wheel please feel free to bring it along. Please call the library to pre-register as spots are limited.

Beginner/Intermediate Knitting Series

Sally McAdam is returning March 6,2012 for 6 weeks with another beginner/intermediate project.  Cost is $10.00 per person for materials. There is a limit of 8 for this series. Payment and registration deadline is February 28, 2012.
